Wendy's - Belleville

This morning, staff are up. it's so obvious. I came down at 6:58 a.m. and was told that they were not open until 7 a.m. and the guy told me to come back 7!? seriously!? 2 minutes!? the fact that the website said they open at 6 o'clock. this place is crazy!

I usually don't write reviews, but I had a bad day and the ladies who worked the drive thru were so sweet for me and it immediately made me feel better. I got my food in about 30 seconds to leave the loudspeaker and it was 10/10. I wish everyone was in the same way.

The kerl in register did not seem well trained. idk. could have been better. not the worst wendys, but also not the best.

Before the closure. gentleman said they were closed before the actual closing time. they are paid for the hours they work. not the amount of food they sell.

Ordered a veggie stack, which is on the Wendy's website as a veggie burger. What I got was lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. No bun, no plant based patty.
