As always, the ice cream treats are consistently enjoyable.

It's unfortunate that I can't remember her name, but I’ll chalk it up to my hectic trip to Chicago. I mentioned that they should avoid developing a reputation similar to places like McDonald's, as I come here because I can rely on consistently good food. She assured me that she would inform the other managers about my experience to ensure my next visit would go smoothly. Kudos to the manager for exemplifying what a true professional should be!
