Spent $40 here on a mobile order. Stopped at speaker. He didn?t bother to tell me they were out of half my order. Waited another 15 minutes in line. Got to the window? we don?t have whip cream.? Really? You could?ve said that at the speaker! None of my fourdrinks had whip cream , avocados toast was cold and they forgot half my mobile order. Guess they can?t read. Had to get back inlike to get that. A waste of my time and my hard earned money! Next time take your lazy self over to win Dixie to buy whipcream.this my 3rd time here and they have no whip cream. STOP FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHARGING PEOPLE THE SAME FOR LESS PRODUCT.!It?s fraud

Purchased over $30 on mobile app. Had no WHIP CREAM FOR ALL MY DRINKS.. 3rd time so they aren?t just out today? avocado toast was cold!! Forgot half my order had to go back!!! They are worthless here don?t spend your hard earned money here at thislocation

Got 2 small ice coffees . They messed up gave me hot so instead of making the ice coffee like it should be. They poured the hot coffee over ice and gave it to me. The ice had already melted and the coffee was extremely waterd down from the ice melted.Needless to say I ended up throwing them away. What lazy employees.

While the food and coffee is great, I came in this evening to find 2 girls behind the counter getting slammed. I here from one that it's been nonstop for 2 hours straight. They've had no help at all and I'm watching these girls stress themselves out tothe point of tears. And I'm baffled ATM by the fact I've just watched a few roaches scurry around back under the food prepstation. I used to work here, horrible to know it has gotten worse.

I?m giving one star because there is a nice young man that works at this location. He?s always very pleasant. I think it?s RIDICULOUS THE PRICE THEY?RE CHARGING for a MEDIUM ICED COFFEE. $3.24. it?s went up a dollar over night. That?s a huge jump ona coffee. Another thing is they keep your change. I don?t care if it?s a penny. I would leave a tip but for them to assume theycan keep my change is absurd. This Dunkin seems to be the only one with large price increases. They are all owned by HARP inMarion County so why is this the only one that has the big increase. I used to enjoy a cup of Dunkin every day FOR WELL OVER 45years. They now have lost my total business because of GREED.
