Smitty's Waterfront Dining

Absolutely love this place. Never had a bad meal. Service is excellent. Love the owner and all the staff. Always friendly and accommodating. We usually sit out on the deck and love the view. I would highly recommend stopping there.

Yesterday was my first and last visit to this establishment. Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice young man only nice thing about the visit! . I had noticed the interior of the establishment looked like a ghost town and it took only minutes to figure out why... being in the food service industry as a few in our party were, you can take into consideration short staff etc.. but make no mistake this place was NOT being run like a place that wanted repeat business... After a few rude comments it became clear we were not welcomed... AND I WOULD LIKE TO ADD....we are excellent tippers.. and we get it when you're in the weeds because of short staff.... And again !!!! NOT THE CASE HERE!!! The day you can't handle a few tables is the day you need to find a new profession.... The art of waitressing is to be an excellent actor... yes sir ...no sir ... and to step n fetch for your customer like they are royalty!!! Well our server musta missed waitressing 101 classes!! But that was because she was the OWNER!!! Go figure on that one!!!! She owns the place... She's inefficient ....rude... and well no sense in wasting anymore time and energy on someone who just doesn't give a S**T about her business... Stay clear of this place!!! Two other fine establishments on the same road who treat their customers like they are glad to serve them... because this place NEVER rolled out the welcome mat nor were there any apologies made for her ATTEMPT AT BEING A WAITRESS.... And the RUDE SERVICE was just UNACCEPTABLE PS I gave one star BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO SUBMIT the REVIEW.. And I feel people need to know!

From the second the bikers stepped into the marina, it was 100% judgement. I have never been treated so rude in all of my life. I understand being short staffed, but this was the owner that waited on us. She was a downright ignorant and rude individual to our party. The owner was so, so ignorant! The only reason we stopped was because Speers Street Grill was closed. I went to see my friend Denise at Speers Street Grill, which is awesome! But you should NEVER visit this place. Again, it is one thing to be short staffed. It is another thing for the owner to be downright nasty and ignorant to you. The food had 0 taste and was sub par. Last time i checked steak is supposed to be pink when it 's medium. Not gray.

Great Food! Loved the Red Pepper Crostini and Steamed Shrimp.Our meals were awesome and the Staff was fantastic. Place was top notch Clean!

Amazing food and service. Relax with great people and food besides the river. It worse every penny.
