Wagamama - Belfast

The food was served at staggered times, causing some members of our party to finish before others. This was not ideal. The quality of the food was average, and we will not be in a hurry to return, especially considering there are better non-chain noodle restaurants nearby.

The restaurant offers solid food in a moderately busy setting. The service was attentive during the meal but lacked attention afterward. The food arrived quickly, but we were disappointed to find that the noodles in the soba dish were actually spaghetti noodles, not soba noodles as advertised. This inconsistency between the menu description and the actual dish was a letdown, especially for a restaurant claiming to offer an authentic experience. We would not return due to this discrepancy. If you are looking for authentic soba noodles, it's best to steer clear of this place unless you enjoy Italian/Japanese fusion.

Tasty food served quickly with friendly service. Unlike many other restaurants in Victoria Square no booking required which is good if you want to eat when you feel like it.

My husband and I enjoy Wagamama and always call when shopping in Belfast. The food was great as always. We had a problem at our table with difficult customers sitting beside us. I quietly asked a server could we move table. The speed at which our request was filed was incredible. The two servers were discrete and efficient so as to not cause any embarrassment to us or the couple seated beside us, who were clearly having a difficult afternoon. I would just like to thank our waiting staff who made sure we had a wonderful meal in the end

The service was first class. The restaurant spotless. Our food arrived piping hot and looked fabulous. I don’t think I or my family member chose particularly well. Mine was edible but nothing to write home about. My companion did not enjoy their meal. I’m sure that if we had chosen something different from the menu I would rate the place higher.
