I myself and partner went after mandarin city tonight eating was terrible, I couldn't eat my main course - a kind of overcooked huh, place was very loud impossible to hear, and staff only smiled but nothing, although obviously for a...blind person I had almost nothing. starter, the escape was, didn't look out or taste like it! cost £64. when I asked, I was eating terrible. I did not ask for discount and certainly none was offered. poor is too good a description- do not go here clearly nobody cares in this restaurant. the customer is just a cup and the personal needs a training. Finally, the chef lousy . my partner was a little better, her starter was again terrible bun, overcooked), but her main course was edible. if they please one, give this place a miss
We had only one time of two chicken dishes and both were unpredictable. the chicken was very overcooked and was as heavy as balls. the meal cost over £30 and was a complete waste of money. When I complained, the only answer was that...they would tell the cook to do it a little better in the future!. my god is the best thing that can do belfast? the mandarin was always our way to the Chinese restaurant in the past and was very good, so what happened now, sad?
As a faithful customer of the mandarin for some years I am disappointed and disgusted at my last meal. the delivery lasted almost 2 hours, cost £25.00, was in the future cold, an order was wrong with the addition of a hair strand. I don't know what happened, but I'm never gonna rip off one again and I'm not gonna be worth the money anymore.
What happened here on earth? it used to be great pre brexit, now it is an expensive to sell revolt gastric food. Ribbon made us throw, fried rice, the most of a bottle of oil in it and stale...prawn cracker. I spend about £1400 a year here and don't go back. covid is a cache, brexit is another cache, but start from low quality dog food as expensive authentic Asian cuisine and they are history. and a lot of luck.
