Holohans At The Barge - Belfast

Have wanted to try here for a long time and finally got the chance back in September. Service was excellent, we were asked if we had been before and when we said no our server happily talked us through the menu with recommendations. Was an excellent experience food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. This is definitely up there with one of my best meals out. I will definitely be returning once restrictions ease and I cannot wait!

Excellent menu for both great food and drink options. Try one of their boxty main dishes for an excellent version of this traditional Irish dish. Better reserve ahead, seat are limited on the boat and the fold is epic!

Lovely Boxties and one of the few places where you can get them. The menu isn't too big so you can only come here so often. But definitely worth going if you haven't been. Also having food on a boat on Lagan River is an experience in itself. Make sure to book ahead if you want a seat with a view!

Nice experience with a cute view, the owner was very kind and the quality of food is top notch. Everything tasted great, only thing is that there aren't much choices to chose from the menu. All in all I would recommend

What a lovely spot for lunch! The atmosphere at the restaurant on the barge is simply stunning. The staff is incredibly polite and professional. The Christmas set menu was outstanding. The chowder made for a delightful starter, overflowing with flavor. The pan boxty was a delightful surprise in its presentation and perfectly prepared with seafood. Every dish was beautifully presented and served in generous portions. The desserts were equally impressive. A must-visit in Belfast!
