Bistro - Belfast

1. The hotel itself is stunning, featuring beautiful decor, a lovely staff, and an excellent dining experience. 2. Its location is fantastic, just a short taxi ride—around £15—from the city center. 3. The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious, with lovely beds and decor. 4. Each room is equipped with an iron and ironing board. 5. The cleanliness is exceptional, from the rooms to the corridors, reception area, and dining spaces. 6. The staff members were incredibly nice and friendly. 7. The manager on duty during our stay, Paula, had a great rapport with her staff, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. 8. The breakfast served was fresh and not greasy at all. On the downside, here are a few concerns: 1. During check-in, I was asked to provide my full bank details, including account number, name, and security code, as part of the hotel's policy. When I inquired about what would happen to this information after check-out, they told me it would be shredded, which felt a bit unusual to me. 2. The hotel charged my account in full upon arrival, which I found unexpected. 3. If you're an early-to-bed person, be aware that if there’s an event or party happening, you might be kept awake until around 12:30 AM, so it's worth asking about any events scheduled for your stay. All in all, this hotel is a pretty good choice as long as the positives outweigh the negatives for you.

The bracken room (short note) for my sisters 40th, staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. the staff was friendly and attentive, nothing was too much troubled. eating was excellent . nice room well furnished. definitely recommend if I give more than 5 stars.

Had a lovely meal Saturday night for Mother's Day. Staff were mainly friendly and helpful. In saying that nobody came back to our table to see if we would like more drinks or to find out if our meal was ok for us. Couldn't believe that a Hotel doesn't have any non Alcoholic drinks except for one non alcoholic drink. I would have thought they would have had more of a variety to choose from especially when people want to go out for dinner and have a drink but they can't drink alcohol because they are driving.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was consistently excellent, and we appreciated that some options could be taken to-go. The bar area was a fantastic place to be, especially when it was bustling, and I agree with others that the decor really enhances the atmosphere. It's hard to believe this hotel isn't rated higher. There’s so much to explore nearby, and with a bit of planning, you can fit a lot into a weekend. A big thank you!

The dining experience was fantastic, and the portions were enormous, which is a plus if you enjoy a hearty meal. Our waitress was not only beautiful but also very attentive to our needs. However, the wait for our drinks was longer than expected, and it seemed to be a bit of a challenge for the staff. Despite this minor issue, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
