Sun Shui Asian - Bedford

I'm just giving 2 stars because the food wasn't bad, I'd give less. The owner or whoever she is, literally yells us out of the whole restaurant when we arrived, two? She says, uh, yes, I say, and then only points on the table she stands next to.. Our waitress was over pretty fast. She came out of order and delivered it, and then was never seen again. I don't know if she went fast after she took our food. There was no check back that ended with us with empty drinks quite quickly without refilling for most of the dinner. We have completed our meals and no server yet. We literally had another girl who ignored us because we weren't them just to get our bill. Even then she seemed irritated, I would even dare to ask where our server was.

Bad service! Will not come back It was one of my favorite restaurants. I'll come here at least every two weeks. This Friday evening, I ordered a Shanghai meatball with my girlfriend, It took too long to cook, but we were still happy to eat. But my friend told me it was cold inside after she cut the first one, and I touched him with my finger. - That's it. I asked for the return because it was cold and lasted so long. After that, I was told by the manager that I cannot allow meatballs to be ordered in the future. She was so AGGRESSIVE and refused to allow TRUTH, and she insisted that the other three meatballs were HOT and left the first, and that we were lamented for the waste of her food. I feel so bad that I'm not lucky to win a hot meatball with a 75% chance to win this Friday night.

Had my business team here with 17 people and everyone absolutely loved the food. Each dish was so fresh and delicious. We had a mix of appetizers to sushi for special dinners. Nothing but an amazing staff at Sun Shui!!!

My wife and I were here a few times, so we tried several of the dishes like sushi, Americanized Chinese and authentic Chinese everything was excellent. We are in Manchester, so there are half a dozen closer sushi and/or Chinese places, but we drive the extra few minutes to Sun Shui because it is worth it. Also great drinks.

Excellent customer service! Wonderful sushi ? Delicious and fresh. Very clean. Funny fish in their fish tank.
