While the restaurant has a warm and comfortable atmosphere with excellent service, the authenticity of the menu items leaves much to be desired. The risotto is poorly prepared and lacks quality rice. The minestrone soup is heavy, overcooked, and rather bland. Although the pizzas are decent, they don't possess the true flavors of Italian cuisine. Overall, this place might be more suited for those who aren't very familiar with authentic Italian food.

The restaurant seems to be declining in quality. I waited at the hostess stand while the staff lingered around the kitchen for 3-4 minutes before being seated. The waiter was quick to arrive and take my order. I clearly mentioned that I was on a lunch break. However, it took 8 minutes for my soup to arrive, and then it sat under the warmer for at least 5 minutes with the "hot food" being called out three times. The waiter didn't check on me while I was eating, although I understand he was the only one working the floor. Where was the management during all of this? And what happened to the mini stroganoff soup? I really wish they would bring it back!

The steak I had was somewhat tough and quite thin for the price of $33. I ordered a medium ribeye. For my meal type, it was dinner, and I spent between $30 and $50 per person. As for the ratings, I would give the food a 4 out of 5, the service a perfect 5, and the atmosphere a solid 4. I would also recommend trying the Chicken Parmesan, as well as the bread and oil.

The food was fantastic! I usually don't eat out for Italian because I enjoy making it at home, but this experience was exceptional. The Alfredo dish had just the right amount of cheese and was cooked to perfection. I ordered the meatball appetizer with ricotta, and they were served hot in a delicious sauce—it was truly enjoyable. My dining companion had a platter that included lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettuccine Alfredo, and she was extremely pleased with her choice. Although it took a bit longer than expected for our food to arrive, possibly due to being short-staffed that day, the quality of the meal made it easy to overlook the wait. It is a bit on the pricey side for me, but again, when the food is that good, it's definitely worth it.
