The restaurant has closed citing that the rent was too high compared to the sales volume. However, their other locations are still open for business.

The customer service at this restaurant was lacking. On my last visit, I had to get my own utensils because no one came to our table to provide plates, straws, forks, and knives. I left feeling disappointed. The meal was for dinner and cost between $20-30 per person. The food was rated a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

Overall, the service was decent, the atmosphere was okay, and the recommended dishes are the Brick Oven pizza and the Vegan option. The average price per person for dinner is $30-50.

We had a great experience at Charmine at the Flatbread in Bedford. Charmine was extremely helpful with our drink and menu selections, and the best part was the welcoming crowd. Despite having to wait for a table, we enjoyed sitting at the bar. The food was as amazing as always, but the standout of the night was the staff. We are grateful to those who persevered through the challenges of the past three years of Covid, and we appreciate their dedication in being there for us tonight. Welcome back, America.
