Dunkin' - Bedford

Coffee is good, but the coffee tops are terrible on their new style covers. They have to go to their hot coffee in their old style.

I am usually not one to write negative reviews, but after what must be my 4th or 5th wrong and disappointing order from this place, I must. Every single sandwich I have ordered from this site in the last ~2 years is wrong, even if I have ordered the app and the correct order is clearly printed on the entrance. As others have mentioned, they ask to fix it IF I notice before I drive too far away results in a lot of eye roles and defense. This morning not only was the wrong cheese on my order (I wanted American, the standard is and was on my entrance, but they put this evil sour tasting Cheddar on them for no reason it is not even a sandwich that usually uses Cheddar), but the English muffin was somehow warm, but completely undamaged and how raw pure bread. I give only 2 stars, because so far they have not messed up my coffee catastrophically and I have never physically sick of food, even though the quality as a whole seems lower than the other area Dunkins.

We waited inside for a while while the lady talked about her nails. We got our food quick but the drinks took forever.product was good though.

Went through drive thru one morning and placed my order. Not sure if they didn't care to listen to my order properly as needed to repeat it several times. Was not impressed then copped attitude from staff there who were not professional and seemed like they had just come in from night as they looked a bit rough around the edges. If this is how you want to portray your store and the brand hire people who actually care about their job, the business and how they act.

Coffee is never made how you ask it, never tastes the same as other DDs, and they barely put enough cream cheese to cover one bagel half, much less two. Its like they skimp on everything- sugar, flavor shots, cream cheese, etc. After three or four disappointing trips I just don't go there anymore.
