My wife and I had an awesome experience celebrating our anniversary here. The chef and owner personally came out and greeted us and the food was out of this world. We just love this place! The restaurant is small and intimate. Weather permitting there’s outdoor seating. BYOB makes it easy to sip on your favorite wine while enjoying Chef Jason’s creations, who updates the menu weekly and makes your experience there always special. Everything about Biba was spectacular! The ambiance and service was impeccable and the food was all so delicious. We were taken there by our cousin. They live in Beaver and this is one of their favorite restaurants.

I have ti say this place surprised me! They have some fantastic dishes on their menu. Their guacamole was probably one of the best I've had in a while. The whipped ricotta had such great flavors and I could eat it all day! The flank steak was cooked perfect and the chimichurri was the perfect addition. I can't wait to go back and try more!

This is a chef experience. Layers of flavor and the presentation was on point, not over the top but functional. I got the flank steak it was cooked perfectly.
