Culver's - Beaver Dam

Worked for about 3 weeks, asked for no more then 25 hours a week part time do to my disabilities and wanted off every other weekend. I worked every weekend 4 to 11 our 4 to 12 pm. Only had 3 breaks the whole time, manger up from harrases employees dont give you a break if your a adult and not a manager. Didnt train me like they were supposed to. First shift managers are more respectful.

Another great Culver's. The company chooses their franchise owners very well. The food is very good and consistent along with the atmosphere. But more than anything else the associates each owner hired are top notch and care about the customer. Superb customer service.

My burger patty was burnt and falling apart, barely resembling meat. They made another one that was edible enough, but this should have never left the kitchen area.

Ordered at 6:12 pm did not get my food until 6:36 pm. Yeah they were busy but no busier than most other Culver’s I go to across wi. No apologies, no regard, just young hipsters with attitudes. Woman at register didn’t even give me a receipt just said ‘ you’re good.’ I got one on my bag luckily. And it was one little order for myself just a deluxe double basket. 5/29/23

This Culver's gets a 5-star rating because the kitchen sang Happy Birthday to my lovely sister! What better way to celebrate her birthday than having the Culver's Choir serenade her and enjoying Butter Burgers!!!!
