It wasn't too bad for a small town of Beaver Creek. I had a tuna sandwich and it was good. Coffee the next morning was more like water. Breakfast was alright.
Rated this hideaway based on it being the western most community in Canada, the only game in town and the added bonus of the -20C weather.
Beaver Creek is the located about 3km from the Canadian border crossing when travelling from Tok, AK through to Whitehorse, YT. We stopped at Buckshot Betty's for fuel and decided to have something to eat and drink. The restaurant is small but is comfortable and large enough to accommodate larger groups and families, and the decor and atmosphere is rustic and interesting. The staff were friendly and helpful, although the service was a bit informal and a little slow, but certainly OK by Yukon standards (time seems to flow at a different rate in the north!). The food was good, especially the blueberry pie, and there is a small gift shop which has books and other items for purchase as souvenirs. A good place to stop if you are going through or staying at Beaver Creek!
Enjoyed a pleasant fish and chip lunch here. Comfortable environment and clean. Wide variety on the menu.
