They messed up my order, and when I politely asked to have it redone, the staff was rude and refused to replace it or issue a refund. To make matters worse, I was insulted and called inappropriate names. When I called to speak with a manager and explained what had happened, I was told that I would receive a refund and a callback. I provided my information, but they never reached out to me again. Overall, the employees were disrespectful and the service was unacceptable.
She gave me several excuses: 1. "It’s the taxes, sir..." 2. "I don't control the register; I don't use it often." 3. "There might be a pricing error on the sushi combo label..." In the end, I was forced to pay the inflated amount of $48.22, but I feel that I was overcharged by $6.59 since I should have only been charged $41.63. All the prepared items scanned at prices higher than their labels indicated. We even tried the 'Quebec' combo. Now, I plan to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency. Beware of this restaurant!
This summer, I had an excellent salmon poke bowl that was so good, I wanted to return right away. However, on my second visit, it was just average. After waiting several months to try it again, I was disappointed. It didn’t taste good at all this time—barely any avocado and way too much mayonnaise. The recipe was completely different, and for $20, it just wasn't worth it.
This sushi shop deserves zero stars. In Beauharnois, there are already few restaurants and they find a way to be full at 7 p.m. on a weeknight (Tuesday) to have only one poke bowl. I hadn 't even said hello when I was told Sorry ma 'am we 're full . I look at the dining room, it 's empty, I look in front of me and behind me there 's no one waiting. Are you going to tell me that delivery alone can display a complete status? Where is the advance preparation, where is the customer service? I have had restaurants in my life and I would never have accepted that my teams offer such bad service. There are always solutions, waiting times, offering something or just PREPARING FOR IT!! At the sushi taxis, it 's a two- or three-course meal at the table, overflowing delivery orders and a take-out line up that goes all the way to the door and I 've NEVER been refused. I looked at the manager, who I presume is the manager, who every time looks at us stupid and butt of his life, I turned my feet and left angry. Besides, I was 37 weeks pregnant and I didn 't want to cook that night because I was tired. All I wanted was a little chicken poke bowl.What about mistakes… ayayaille. I had just moved to the area. I must have at least $25 off my credit. No sauce in the bag, lack of ingredients, and so on. Once I managed to be served at the counter and when validating my order I asked questions because I only had salad and rice, but no vegetables or sauce. I ask her if there are any ingredients missing and she says yes as if it were normal. But she never warned me before preparing my order or just trying to accommodate me otherwise. In reactive mode to my questions, she explains to me that they usually don 't have any more sauce and that the ingredients are mostly replaced by salad because they have more… I would have been at the IGA if I had wanted to eat a salad instead of paying $25 for a poke salad. This place is over for me. From now on, I travel to Châteauguay in Yuzu which always offers me exemplary service with a smile and generosity.
Too expensive not quality 45$ in the trash, ordinary service.
