Whataburger - Baytown

I would avoid this whataburger I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese, taquitos and a biscuit and gravy and the biscuits and gravy. They did not put them in a container so the gravy spilled everywhere. There was a hole in the bottom of my cup thatfilled up my cup holder, and I was missing food and when I came back to get my order fix there was another group trying to get arefund and was refused their refund

This location is a mess. You will not get your food fast. Don?t even bother ordering on the app. It?ll take them 30 mins regardless. Sunday mornings are especially bad. Food quality is usually good if it?s not cold.

Wasaburger is our way to Burgerplatz. The burgers are consistent. You get my special order right. You have a nice selection of burgers and chicken log with salads and breakfast. It can be quiet or very loud, depending on who eats. The staff is friendly and professional. Parking: There are enough parking spaces. Accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp and accessible parking spaces.

Service was kinda slow(20+ minutes)for 2 burgers and the inside being less then 1/2 full with only 2 other people waiting for their food. Not having table tent numbers was not fun as was the fact the the lady at the register could not spell a simple name like Tray . We found the cleaners dirty table to set at and wondered why the floor wasn’t clean at 7:30pm. All in all I would give this location a D-……

Our food was prepared and placed on bottom shelves. Could not locate order over 15 minutes. Finally found bags under shelve and food was cold when handed to us. I refused the food. Very unorganized service.Food: 2/5
