Chili's Grill Bar Baytown

Told the waitress no mustard no pepper it was a food allergy for someone at our table mustard came in the burger we alerted the host to get her and she had the nerve to come up and tell us you didn't say you did not want mustard. She did not seem to care she made this person very sick all night long.Food: 1/5

Raven was amazing! The other girl that was working in the bar area, I believe her name was Lexie, did an amazing job as well. She had a large party and multiple tables. They were both pretty busy seeing as the other side of the dining room was closed at 10 pm on a Friday. While sitting at the bar, I saw 3 large parties get turned away because there was no where for them to sit. Raven and Lexie are awesome for keeping up with all the craziness. Raven and Lexie deserve 5 stars but the restaurant as a whole lost one because it makes no sense to close half of the restaurant.

Supplied with my partner and immediately greeted at the entrance! Full customer service and attentive staff. Clean environment and we sat fast. The management came to check on our table and was interactive with guests and personally attentive to give an excellent culinary experience.

Not many employees want to do more than they have to do at any work. My son Fiance's son had his 10 yesterday. Birthday and I asked two employees to sing happy birthday. You just looked at me like it was a little weird to ask. The host went back to the table about ten minutes later, after the second time I asked and said they didn't do that anymore. I said, why? It's for a 10-year-old boy. The host said it was because it could bother or annoy other people. I said, okay. He left. We discussed it about 5 minutes when our waitress and 2 other staff went to sing him happy birthday. The smile on this 10-year-old boy made us all happy. It was great to see that others want to make a 10-year-old boy's birthday special. Thank you.

Chilis is one of those places that do not seem to change much, but if it does, it is not for better. It has gone steadily for 5 years, and although my wife and I have gone every year, we decided this year that we have finally finished. Prices up, service down, quality down, quantity down and atmosphere down... we have no reason to go back.
