Taco Bell - Baytown

Portia was awesome, by far the best taco bell we have ate at. Every worker was so happy and had awesome customer service. Even before closing. Put our taco bell to shame... Will definitely be going back when we visit our grandparents.Food: 5/5

When you ask for extra meat and they charge you double... Still looks like half a normal portion. Also asked for no lettuce and of course it's all mixed in like they tried to remove it after dumping it in. Tortillas are cold.Food: 1/5

Clean, nice place. Friendly workers, great atmosphere and fresh tea ?We stopped on our way in from Lafayette, decided to dine-in for a break, and the staff was totally chill with our active toddlers, even letting one of the kids taste-test a bunch of soda flavors for free ?

Went there today, and (me and this restaurant have had a strained at times relationship) the service was fast and friendly. Good handed out the window before they could even get the transaction done with the credit card.

Ordered and paid for our food, only to have them come 20+min later to tell us they were out. One extra star cuz the guy who told us was friendly, but I think he was sent as a sacrifice by the manager (who should've been the one to tell us. When we asked if we could have a refund, they left us there for another 10 minutes. There were only two other customers, who were likewise just waiting around forever for their food.
