Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Baytown

The highlight of this restaurant is definitely the food. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired, as they consistently get orders wrong. It seems that serving chicken is as challenging for them as rocket science!

I got raw chicken on my lunch break and called her to let her know. I spoke to the manager Erika and she advised to come back and she will replace the chicken. I told her I couldn't come back today, but next week. She told me to keep the chicken in the refrigerator and give it back if I can come back, could be 1 or 2 weeks. She said she had to keep it to show her boss. First, she can't take the food back, it's against health rules, but she said she would see it also for her boss to save and so it can be invented. SO GROSS!

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, but the chicken was very dry. I also had red beans and rice as my side, and it was served cold. I was quite disappointed.

Terrible experience. It was my first time there. They forgot the potatoes, and everything that was advertised on their website was missing, which felt like false advertising. My entire family ended up with old and cold fries.

This used to be my favorite rest chain..i guess that was when employees cared. The lack luster employment staff is slowly killing Popeyes.. every location I go into now is dirty, food is hours precooked old, watching employees hygiene level is disturbing(never wash hands, sanitize utensils, or look uniform), and in general feel like bankruptcy is on the horizon for the company. Standards are just that..a set of guidelines to be followed to ensure consistency of product and service. Standards are gone.
