Burger King - Baytown

The pommes were super salty as if someone had salted them and then went back and did it again. The paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was clamped so that you could not use it. The burgers were good, and my son liked his chicken nuggets.

If I could leave zero stars, I wouldn't let them. The management here is terrible. I ordered a meal that cost me. And I didn't get half of it and was charged for 3 items I didn't even order. Then a refund of Nasha(manager) was promised, and I went to fix today and the other manager (Rosa) was very rude and refused my refund for their mistakes and was very upset, so I had to call the other “manager” “Erick” and even was not helpful and suspended in my face because he could not with a simple conversation about my fustration. Very weak management and weak communication in the store. Do not go here, it is also trashy, and they do not even take orders right and they only do not offer service well.

One thing in this place is that you never get a decent hot burger the meat is always cold and the frits are always warm never hot

Big Flashing $1 frozen drink shield on the drive thru window then raise them price to 1.49 on the window. I told the lady and they won't be the price they advertise!

The burgers are good. It is convenient to leave Target and pick up lunch on the way out. I like the fish sandwich.
