A beautiful discovery! central pizzeria sita in boat easy to reach. the room is small with about ten tables. excellent welcome and service from the staff. handmade fried Neapolitan, very tasty. for the pizza is used the petra flour, a type of flour that combined with a proper leavening and hydration makes it perfect and hyper digestible. well laid pasta disc, with a beautiful inflated and well alveolated frame. wonderful and very soft pasta! the ingredients used are really of quality and the menu consisting of pizzaiolo is very varied and scrupulous, in fact I admit I have difficulty choosing pizza, I would have liked to taste more than one. prices despite the running times you keep low from 4€ to 9€.

The room is rustic but pleasant. I liked the appetizer, very good. pizza tastes great, but I struggled to digest it. Unfortunately not for dessert (a ricotta cake and pea) that at the first fork was totally loose and warm, while the second was the exact opposite

Pizza delicious. very nice local and very friendly and attentive staff. Too bad we were just passing through the city.
