Starbucks - Baton Rouge

A standard stop when we are in town visiting our son at LSU. Well made drinks, fast, friendly. We usually park and walk in due to the drive through being busy whenever we are there.

A customer started yelling at an employee for not ?saying hi? even though the employee on front was with another customer. Customer yelled for no reason, bringing the employee to tears. Best employees around and the situation was handled well, asking the very angry man to leave NICELY while he continued to berate the employee. Leaving this review hopefully before the man makes any false complaints. No one is paid enough to be yelled at like that. Over a damn coffee.

I?ve consistently had good interactions with staff and timely orders. Really appreciate the later closing time compared to other Starbucks in town.

There was no one in line ahead of me, and it took several minutes for someone to acknowledge me. There was the assumption that I had placed a mobile order. I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha. The coffee is a little weak, but the flavor is good.

I've been sitting here waiting on an order for 40min. I'm being told mobile orders are the priority and my drinks are in line and will get done. I'm sorry I'm a customer in store. She was rude and I'll not be back
