My friend and I decided to stop at the drive-thru at this restaurant because it always looks busy, which made us think the food must be good. When we got to the service window, we were greeted by a charming person who took our order. Despite being both over 60 years old, we were both charmed by this individual. We ordered the large tenderstrips meal, but when we opened the box at the nearby park, we found that the food was half cold and not at all what we had ordered. There were no napkins provided either. We joked that maybe the restaurant should rebrand to KFF, with "F" standing for foul food. We decided to drive an extra 100 meters down the road to Red Rooster instead. This review is not sponsored, just an honest account of our disappointing experience.
We got a mixed firm and 3 bad wings, the stripes were uneingable, the chips were terrible, the rest of the boom was bad. the nuggets were ok, but they forgot all sauces as usual. the worst part was nathan, apparently a senior manager, has accused us in the ground to cheat the restaurant out of eating. to read more clearly after other reviews, they had constant problems with their food quality and do not care to fix them. someone has to address the bad standard of eating there. Yeah, that's an almost food restaurant, but that's not an excuse.
My family and I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant tonight and were served at the last window by a young girl named Taya Buschpatching. I asked for her name because she was so friendly and helpful with our order, as everyone else seemed confused. She went to the manager, but she was able to help and get everything right. She has amazing management skills and I believe she is their best worker. Thank you!
My experience at KFC Bathurst was disappointing. I purchased the Dinner Pack, which included 10 pieces of chicken and 2 large chips, along with 2 other takeaway packs from the drive-through. When we got home, we found that the chicken was lukewarm and seemed partially boiled, making it tough and tasteless. The chips were limp, lacking salt, and not fresh, as they were also cold. For the price of around $34.00, I expected a much better meal. I will not be returning as I believe I can create a much tastier and fresher meal at home for a fraction of the cost. KFC Bathurst needs to improve their food quality and standards.
