Dunkin' - Batavia

I absolutely love this Dunkin location. It is my favorite by far. My orders are always ready quickly and correct. I also appreciate the friendly atmosphere. Sam Brown stands out to me. She always calls me by name and has my order done correctly. Shemade sure to let others know how to make it when she isn?t there. Way to go Sam! Keep up the hard work. You are such an asset toDunkin and help keep my mornings going !

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was fantastic! Everyone was incredibly friendly and assisted me promptly. They even wished me a great day at school! We need more people like this around.

I just spent $7 on what were supposed to be frosted donuts, and I am really disappointed! They also refused to issue a refund and instead offered me more of the same. I will be contacting corporate about this. I'm really tired of companies taking advantage of their customers.

Every morning, I visit this location for my coffee and often grab breakfast too. Samantha is always there, and she really makes this place my favorite spot. She remembers my order and is incredibly friendly. Thank you, Samantha, for the great coffee and positive vibes!

I Love getting greeted by Samantha when I go for my morning drinks! She is always so friendly and makes sure my order is correct! This is definitely my go to location even though I pass 2 on the way to work, the staff is one of the main reasons formy preference!
