Whataburger - Bastrop

The team here are friendly, the food is pumped out quickly yet made fresh and piping hot. The restaurant itself is greasy, slippery, and overfilled trash bins. Not a terrible thing... but it was very noticeable. But had a good time!

Not the first time that I?ve been stuck for a long time in the drive thru. Something needs to be done about it. I have been here 35 minutes and estimate at least 15-20 more the way is going. Giving 3 stars because it?s not the employees fault and normallyhave no issues with food. Edit: It will go faster now since two cars in front of me left. ???????????

Last two times I went here were completely horrible. Forgot the patties on my burger, put NO onions on my online order because I'm allergic but both burgers had onions on them. They also lost my order last time and forced me to wait an hour while all thenew people showing up after my order was placed got their food right away while I sat. Wasted 22$ here tonight do not recommend.This location and the workers here just doesn't care anymore.

I was thinking this would be like any other whataburger off the block, but the employee named Brendan was such a great help that he truly made my visit a great one. His customer service was astounding and he was very accommodating to my needs. I woulddefinitely recommend anyone to come visit this whataburger purely for excellent customer service.

Just picked up a replacement burger from one that was wrong and it's cold and what looks like a bite taken out of the patty.... So disappointed in this establishment of I won't be going back!
