Cheval Blanc - Basel

I was organizing a Dinner for 12 people and the restaurant was not able to organize a menue. The service suggested a single menue for all which is not what is expected from a restaurant of this level because we had vegetarian in the group.

Exceptional 60th birthday celebration Is the best way to describe this experience. Seated with the view of the river, the extraordinary attention provided by the host and wait staff and of course the five star quality food from appetizer to desert. (Don’t miss the Limoncello sorbet). This is what European fine dining is and why I’m glad I was able to experience it for my 60th birthday dinner.

Excellent decor and terrace view. We enjoy every dish and everymoment we spent there. Expensive but worth the visit

View and service were fantastic. My salad had quite a few black truffles and poached egg wrapped in prosciutto was a perfect starter. (Please note: Picture below is view of the building in which restaurant is located and not the view out of the restaurant)

Pure perfection. Food is delicious, ambiance sublime, service is great, and the price is very expensive
