Ichiban Hibachi Steak House

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! It was our first visit, and everything—from the service to the food—was outstanding. We will definitely be returning soon!

I enjoy Ichiban for its excellent Japanese cuisine. Although I reside in Pennsylvania, I find the variety on the menu at the Bartonsville location to be greater, albeit with a slightly higher price point compared to the East Stroudsburg location. Personally, I prefer the East Stroudsburg store because I love getting a bento box, which includes soup and salad with my meal. One downside at the Bartonsville location is that they tend to rush customers out, even when the restaurant isn't busy. The East Stroudsburg location has started to feel a bit dated with its fish tanks and flashy techno lights, but as long as the quality of the food remains high, I’m okay with it. And don’t miss out on the green tea ice cream—it's absolutely divine!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. Our family was celebrating a birthday, and the chef who prepared our hibachi was very friendly and engaging. Everyone had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I can't wait to return and try more items from the Japanese menu, especially the sushi! Their miso soup was the best I've ever tasted!

Best Hitachi in Town. I've been into this few times ever since my birthday last month. They were really busy on Saturday . but we only waited for less than 15mins to get seated : Foods were delicious, Staffs were nice especially Hibachi chef they're funny and entertaining. Cocktail drinks were reasonable price.

Got it all wrong. Ichiban is excellent. The sashimi is fresh and awesome, the waitress was a little distracted but it was quite busy so it is understandable. The Hibachi chef was very entertaining and friendly. The shrimp appetizer was delicious. The soup was light and complimented the salad well, I wasn't the biggest fan of the dressing but everyone else seemed to enjoy it. The presentation of all the food was great and everything was so full of flavor. Then since it was one of our birthday's they sang and gave him a dessert. Of course there was some noise, Hibachi is ment to be as much entertainment as it is a meal. Our experience was awesome and I can't wait to go back!
