Capt. Kat's Lobster Shack

Awesome food, atmosphere and staff. Always a great meal. Should be on an episode of “ You Got To Eat Here!” On the food channel.

My girlfriends and I travelled from Sambro NS with the sole purpose of having lunch at Capt. Kat's and it did not disappoint!! This was my second time here, travelling 3 hours each time, and it was 110% worth the drive! Not only is the food amazing, the service is top notch! I can't wait until my next adventure here!

I just happened to be across the street and wanted to experience fresh lobster. Decided on grabbing the cold lobster roll to go. It was delicious, the whole claw meat sitting on top of a very creamy lobster salad on a fresh roll was perfect. I would eat this daily if I lived anywhere close.

Between Terri and I, we had clams and scallops, fish cakes smothered in cream lobster, salad and nachos and spinach dip(and accessories). Devon? was our waitress I think, great service and great food! Can't wait to come back and try more of your dishes!

Can’t say enough about this amazing place!! The service is amazing and the food is always beyond great!
