Captain George's Fish Chips - Barrie

Was not feeling well for 2 3 days after eating their fish !!!!!

Great fish, the waitress seemed to hate every second of her life.

I have tried to order for pick up on three occasions. They close at 730. Any time I try to order after 7 they young girl who answers the phone says they are closed. Generally if your hours are till 730 you take orders till 730. 3 strikes you are out. She is also quite rude. She obviously just wants to go home.

I made a phone order for pickup in 10 minutes. Arrived and only waited 5 minutes. Food was very hot and freshly cooked. Lots of condiments and gravy. All was tasty as usual. Both fries and Haddock were cooked perfectly.

Captain George’s is our go to fish and chips place. They’re always super friendly, our order is always ready exactly when we asked to pick it up, prices are fair, and the food is always hot and delicious. Definitely recommend!
