Not a good experience overall, restaurant stopped making certain food at 19:30 and was charged $16.80 for a chubby chicken comb? Not worth the merging, but doesn't make any sense, each article processed individually?

Always good food and friendly staff. I had a problem getting charged for a sublime object that they ran away was part of their combo, without consulting. It would have been much easier and reasonable to offer something... one of the same values, in this case an extra large coffee instead of something that is usually not connected to a breakfast and does not double the value. Hopefully this was just a training problem and not a bad policy. A bit more effort in table cleaning would be appreciated by this customer. Look forward to changes as my goto location.

Not only does the manager of this store not know what a Sunnyside-up egg is, he has a pretty incredible lack of customer service skills. My husband got undercooked eggs, the protein was a translucent tolfish instead of actually being cooked! When he turned around the eggs to meet the manager, he said that this is the right way to cook eggs and if he wanted to cook the whites what he wanted was a simple egg. He continued to argue with my husband instead of simply replacing or reimbursing the meal. He finally refunded the meal, but he did less coffee because my Hubby had left it in the car when he returned to the inside with his meal. I understand.... it was part of the meal that was not returned, but for what? $1.95, and the possibility of decalcifying an already aggited situation, he would have refunded the entire meal. I have been a customer service manager for over 10 years and I have never seen such terrible customer service. If I had spoken to a customer during my service, I would have been fired or at least written down. But I have said all that, my main concern is that they use eggs in this way and think that this is a properly cooked sun rim on egg. Maybe a training or retraining is okay before they make someone sick!

This location is on the hill. Unfriendly manager who refused to make a fresh burger for me and when I returned the food, he didn't give me all my money back. Then told me I wasn't welcome to the store when I called to inform him of the missing money on the return. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I really like the onion rings and I usually buy the buddy burger as I enjoy it and it is the right size.I also like their fries and I really like the root beer.I also like the eggers.
