The dining experience was rather mediocre. The chicken was quite dry, and the brisket was also lacking moisture. Most dishes were overly spicy, including the Alabama white sauce, which is typically mild. The French fries and sweet potato fries were enjoyable, while the green beans were just okay, but the collard greens were good.

My wife and I enjoyed the combination platter featuring pulled pork, sausage, and ribs. It was absolutely delicious! The waiter was very friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant makes us want to come back during our trip.

I ordered the smoked brisket tacos, and they were fantastic! The portion of three tacos was generous and really tasty. Just a heads-up: they pack quite a bit of heat!

We had ate at another Peddalin Pig the night before. It was so good we decided to stop at another one. Same great food and service. Brisket was delicios as usual.
