Wow, this place is amazing! The food is outstanding, the Pilsner is refreshing, and the owner is fantastic. I’m definitely planning to return and will be recommending it to my friends. Plus, they offer gluten-free cornbread, which is a great option for those with dietary restrictions!

My family of five each ordered the brisket plate and ended up waiting quite a while for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The opinions on the brisket were mixed among my family, but I thought it was fantastic. We were all shocked at how small the portions were—one slice was barely enough to make a sandwich. So, don’t come here if you’re very hungry or in a rush; instead, take your time to enjoy the carefully selected beers.

As soon as we stepped inside, we were welcomed by Tom's friendly smile, who immediately asked if we had visited before. When we told him no, he kicked off our experience with some delicious on-site brewed beer. Then he recommended a BBQ plate that featured a potato side, cornbread, and hands-down the best brisket I've ever tasted. Seriously, it was exceptional. While we waited for our food, Tom engaged us in enjoyable conversations around the outdoor fire pit. He shared fascinating stories about the history of the place, insights into brewing and BBQ, and even some delightful coincidences about raising his family in our hometown. He also spoke fondly about his beloved wife of many years, who he had recently lost. By the time we left, we felt like we had become regulars at this cozy spot. Whether you're a cyclist, a tourist, a local, or just passing through, I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by Hop Cycle Brewing Company to enjoy and support this incredible establishment.
