Taco Bell - Bangor

This Taco Bell sucks, for real. I popped a tire here about a month back because of a sharp curb that they?ve STILL yet to fix. Employees are always super rude, especially this one girl named Taylor with green hair who?s on the late shift? When the curbpopped my tire, she slammed the window shut in my face without a word. Most food makers and second window people are usuallyfine, but the food is definitely sub-par even for a KFC/Taco Bell.

Terrible service, very sub-par food compared to surrounding options. Even the online orders and delivery area seemed to be a mess with a couple drivers waiting on service that isnt there. No one was manning the register, and when you ask for help youare ignored, and when you finally make eye contact with one of the staff and ask for help, you get an attitude. Unless you arelooking for dissappointment, you are better off picking somewhere else.

The workers don't seem to care and they all seem to be high on something everytime i've gone for the past 2 years. This time they didn't wrap all my food and threw it in the bag. No ice in the drinks while I saw the cashier chewing on ice cubes in front of the customers and surprise surprise, didn't get all my food. I'd rather go to Brewer, and will start doing so for my fast food fix. They need to clean this place and hire new, sober people...

I’m normally not one to leave a negative review but this location is rough. i have gone 5-6 times and every single time my order has been wrong and i’ll have things i didn’t order or don’t have things i did order. foods decent on the off chance you actually get what you ordered. also seems like their ice machine might be broken or something because the last 3 times i have gone my drink has had little to no ice and the drink was abnormally warm.

We ordered $50 worth of food through door dash. 15 out of our 17 tacos were filled with lettuce, a few crumbs of hamburger and about 2 pieces of tomato in each taco. We got charged for Doritos taco shells which they did not have. I don’t know about anyone else but I work awefully hard for my money and had nothing to prepare at home so we ordered out. Very disappointed Taco Bell.
