I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is fantastic and very reasonably priced. It made our day. We dined in for lunch and the price per person was between $10 and $20.

We 're from the Seattle area, and have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants, choosing this place based on the reviews. I cannot recommend this place to anyone based on the customer service of the young lady working up front. She was not interested in having to talk to anyone, including a gentlemen who came in for a to go menu. I ordered the pork rice plate, portions and flavor was a 4/5. Hubby had a shrimp stir fry with eggplant, very good! I asked for chili sauce, no, we don 't serve it with that plate , it 's .50 if you want some! Asking for soy sauce, she said, don 't think we have any at this point, I 'm wishing we had not come here. She did find me a little soy sauce, and I mean a little. In all maybe 1.5 tsp. Half way thru my meal, I asked for a refill of soy, wow, by her reaction (a major eye roll) you would have thought I had ordered her to get her nose off of her cell phone and show just a hint of courtesy. The little lady cooking in the back did come out to say thank you when we were leaving. I always feel bad posting a less than ideal review. I know everyone in the food service industry works hard! However, being in marketing for over 20 years, I understand how honest and accurate reviews are greatly appreciated by a business who wants to get things right, to provide the best to their customers. This little place had better find a new front of the house and if it 's your child or family member, throw her phone the hell away during business hours!

My husband brought home spring rolls (meaning the uncooked kind with peanut sauce) and wings. The rolls were very fresh and the chicken wings were high quality (not tendon-y) and fried perfectly, nice and crispy. This is one of bangor's best kept secrets, apparently. We've been here since 2015 and never tried it. Look forward to ordering from them often. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
