Dunkin' - Bangor

Must have arrived at the wrong time; got in line for the drive through at 10:15 only to not move after 30 minutes, called the store and they said the first one in line had a ice food order. Went inside to order, after ordering waited another 20 minutesto get two drinks, an iced tea and a medium coffee and two donut holes. They must be short staffed but should be cozignant ofthis when coming to this Dunkin.

Terrible accuracy and customer service since the remodel. Waited 25 minutes for a donut and two iced coffees today.

Took longer to get a cup of hot coffee than it did to get a specialty drink.

Fast food is fast.The staff are nice, and they make the coffees just right.I got a custom item and they very kindly acquiesced.

There was an issue with communication regarding our order. However, I have no complaints about this restaurant; I understand that they are a business.
