Sühring - Bangkok

This is our 3rd michelin experience in Bangkok after Nahm and Gaggan. What more can I say, when a restaurant is awarded with 2 michelin stars, they certainly have worked hard for it and deserve it. All dishes were excellent including the wine match. Service was very good. The venue is extremely beautiful. Just my personal opinion, to me what separates a 2 michelin from a 3 michelin restaurant is that ‘wow’ factor of burstful flavours of every single dishes presented to you. To me the Lobster Mussels and Scallop Krystal Caviar did not give me the ‘wow’ factor on first bite. That is however, my personal opinion. Regardless, what an amazing restaurant!

The precision of the taste and execution matched with the not too stiff but elegant ambiance made it an excellent experience. The crisp linen made it special. The use of the different nooks and crannies of the place made it feel cozy without one knowing the place was full. I had a subtle rewarding gastronomic experience. thank you.

Amazing dining experience at Sühring, from the welcoming team to the service team and the kitchen staff everyone is incredibly polished and committed to delivering an memorable evening. Take the 8 course menu and you won't regret anything.

Perfection ! There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like here! The whole experience was so impressive! Every little detail was well coordinated. Textures, flavours, love at a plate. Again and again! Perfectly executed dishes. The plating is perfect, and still surprisingly fun sometimes! It’s a small Germany in Bangkok, surrounded by lush greenery. The service is impeccable! The interior is homey in a beautiful sophisticated way. A must if you visit Bangkok and wanna dive in to the luxury of fine dining!

The set menu for vegetarian food and their services were excellent. The quantity and quality of the food were in the right portion. Even though it seems less on the menu, it surely will satisfy you for a fine dining experience. You definitely need to make reservations in advance. We definitely will go back again.
