Went to Paris Panini for dessert. Tried Salted Caramel Biscuit Crepe, Nicely done Crepe with Fresh Cream, Salted Caramel and almond biscuit. Also tried Salted Caramel Cream Cup. It was just Yumm Food: 5 Service: 5

Placed an order via Swiggy with an ETA of 35 minutes. Called the restaraunt 45 minutes later and was told that the pickup driver assigned to my order had been given someone else's order and they had left. I was asked to wait for 10 minutes so that the rider could be recalled. After another 20 minutes, I called again and was told very unpologetically that the rider was not there. Very disorganized team that lacks the basics of customer service. Service: 1
