Ibaco - Bangaluru India

The promise of some good ice cream cake brought us to Ibaco. We selected a chocolate ice cream cake (apologies for not remembering the name I just know that it wasn't dark chocolate) that was quite delicious.  <br/ <br/ However, there was one ingredient that just did not go along with the rest of the cake. It might have been the whipping cream (or some cream related part of the cake) that just tasted a bit odd with respect to the rest of the cake. But it wasn't much of a big deal.  I would also love to try other dishes that this place offers.<br/ <br/ The prices happen to be a bit on the higher side, but then if you're paying for cake and sharing it with others, the per head cost does reduce substantially.

I am fond of their ice cream cakes. Have tried four of them- Fruit Blackcurrant Drizzle, Swiss Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and Butterscotch one. All of them are great but my vote will go for the fruit one. It has the perfect blend of fruit ice creams. Worth a try.

I was looking for an unique cake for my bestie's birthday and then found out Ibaco's ice cream cake. Honestly I was not sure how it would be ended up and I ordered online..I was completely amazed to see their packaging as it's an ice cream there was a risk to melt in normal temperature..But kudos to their ice package and I did travel with cake from Indiranagar and Bellandur..And everyone liked the taste as well..It was super good

Had ordered their butterscotch almond ice cream cake for a birthday celebration and it was really yumm!! Looking forward to trying new flavours.

The chocolate sauce is so **** good. Try with any basic flavoured ice cream. One to die for!!
