The Grizzly House - Banff

This restaurant is a fondue house that is truly amazing, both in terms of the food and the overall experience. While they don't offer gluten-free bread for the cheese fondue, they were happy to accommodate our dietary needs. All the sauces for the boiled meat dip were adjusted to be gluten-free and they made sure to only bring us GF options. For dessert, only chocolate fondue was available, but we always bring along our own gluten-free rice crispy squares to dip. It was a wonderful experience overall.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! If you inform them that you have celiac disease, they will make adjustments to ensure that your meal is safe. They will modify the sauces to remove any containing soy sauce. The house dressing for the salad is gluten free, as well as the veggie course. For dessert, they will omit the wafer cookies and provide extra fruit for dipping in the chocolate.
