Ricky's All Day Grill Banff

Went here twice over the weekend while down for a ski trip, both days I had excellent service along with great food! The waiters I had were very friendly

We are sitting in the EMPTY Banff Ricky's as we speak been here about 15 minutes and still haven't ordered (strange because there is only 1 other table)

Luckily, we ignored the low Yelp ratings and took the advice of someone at our hotel to come here for breakfast.

Just went to Rickys in Banff for lunch for the first time and had a great experience:) everything from service to food was fantastic!!

This restaurant is in the Elk & Avenue hotel. The hotel that we were assigned to by the Rocky Mountaineer. We, a party of 4, ate dinner here. Despite the fact that they had 3 servers waiting on around 25 people in the restaurant, it took over 2 hours for a meal. I can only assume that something was wrong in the kitchen. I ordered a 4 cheese broccoli entree and it tasted like canned Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup with bits of broccoli, cauliflower and croutons mixed in. All 4 entrees we ordered were disappointing and we could barely stomach half of the plate. There was visible dust on flat surfaces beside our table. Stay away! We have another dinner voucher for tonight and therefore the meal would be free ... Iife is too short to eat horrible food. We will be paying elsewhere.
