Legends Restaurant - Banff

I cannot say enough good things about the staff - friendly, attentive, genuinely wanting to please the customer. The food was good, and we ate here twice during our stay. The menu was diverse enough to please our 6 family members of varying ages. The food itself probably was more like a 4, but given the staff and nice ambiance, we found this to be our favorite lunch spot in the area.

We ordered a quesadilla which was soft and fish and chips that were a on the greasy side. Generous portions - like everywhere in Canada.

We ate breakfast here both days of our stay. choice of menu or buffet. Buffet offered both hot and cold selections. Hot food was hot and fresh with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, roast baby potatoes, buttermilk pancakes and french toast...selection was plentiful, cold options were toast, bagel or pastries, cereal, yogurt and toppings and fresh fruit. Waffle making station was also available. Excellent coffee and they always asked if you wanted a coffee or tea to go. Staff was quick to clean tables off and people moved in and out efficiently without feeling hurried. The Manager kept on top of all the guests and was always aware what his staff was doing and gave a helpful nod to them to make sure they had everything and everyone looked after. I was very impressed

We had a Italian veg food and it was very good in taste with good service. If you are in area pls visit.

Our family had dinner there and we were pleased with the service and the (overall) price. If you want to keep your budget in check pass on the wine. However if you are a wine lover like myself I cannot pass on the wine! ;) The pasta is house made, and the pizza is perfectly prepared. Usually I look for stand alone restaurants, but in the case of area and choice, I was glad we ate there!
