Contribuiți la feedbackBeautiful spot to spend some time and a few dollars recovering from your hike! Definitely not cheap $(4 for small dixie cup of lemonade) but you are paying for the view and atmosphere.
This was a bit of a challenging hike, uphill all the way. It took us about 1 hour 15 minutes to get to Lake Agnes Tea House (the time included a stop/rest at Mirror Lake to enjoy the view and take some photos). The staff...More
The hike to Lake Agnes can be rigorous. It's about 2.4 miles with a 1200 feet climb in elevation. If you take your time, it's not too bad, but the reward at the end of the hike is the Teahouse. The hummus sandwich is good as well as the hot tea. There's a soup which was okay. I'm not sure if I would order that again. All dried foods, cups and propane are helicoptered in twice a year. We were lucky enough to be there during the drop offs. Fresh foods are hiked up daily by the staff. Just knowing these facts make it a must to go to. The price for the coffee and sandwich is reasonable. I would definitely hike the trail again to go here.
We decided to hike to Lake Agnes Teahouse as we never been before. It took us one hour to get there because we took too many pictures and enjoyed the view of Lake Louise, Mirror Lake and the Waterfalls along the way. It's definitely worth hiking up here and the views were breathtaking especially seeing Lake Agnes for the first time. We will definitely be back. We had a nice chai tea, tuna sandwiches and chocolate cake for breakfast. lol You will get hungry if you didn't bring any food with you after an hour of hiking. It was all about the experience and the breathtaking views. Check it out for yourself when you are in Lake Louise.
I ordered a sandwich for $10 and a drink for $6 but the food is good and there are plenty of snacks , cakes and meals types food options
