Very cool seeing our dinner start with a wine cart offering for selections of sparking wine. Food was fantasic and you certainly get what you pay for. They brought me horseradish upon request. Awesome experience. I will be back.

Our server was great. they gave us a private room for our dinner party of 6.

This was the most incredible meal I have ever had ! The service was unreal and very thoughtful. The restaurant itself is very tasteful and a beautiful setting. We absolutely cannot wait to be back !

We had the best dinner here at 1888 Chop House. It was our last day in Banff and we treated ourselves. The restaurant is very cozy and modern inside. All decor was beautiful! Our server greeted us with a choice to start with champagne and introduced us to the menu. Our server, Nicholas was so helpful and excited to show us everything they had to offer. We ended up ordering the bread and butter which of course was amazing, then we shared the pork and scallops appetizer. Lastly for our main we got the 14oz NY Strip which we split and added the Quebec blue cheese on top which I highly would recommend. We had the ice cream sundae and some amazing esprit martinis to end and it was just an amazing experience!! They even gave us a gift at the end because of our engagement earlier in the trip can’t wait to come back!
