Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

I was 1 night at my family. our room was definitiv not before cleaning, a bed had actually crumbling in it. all the lights had dust on them, the shower had some rough splashes on the wall, the front door was dirty, and the toilet paper was not even changed out, simply nicely folded with about 10 leaves left. the pool was terrible. the windows of the pool area were almost opaque, they were so dirty. the swimming pool tiles were so stained with flour turf they looked gray, and the pool deck has not seen in a dam. the ventilation on the top of the pool roof had black dust out of it. other than that, the staff was nice, the location is ok, free parking is a plus. Unfortunately we don't stay here again.

They had a lot of extras that I did not get a chance to try out, including a shuttle into town (which considering the parking in town, this is very handy).This is a resort that is made for long stays. My room had a small kitchenette, and that would have been very handy if I had the family with me and we were staying for multiple days.The room was great with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom.

Just a very short drive from Banff with good views. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious enough with a shower room and another full bathroom. The furniture was a little dated but ok. We didn't use the kitchen at all but ate out in Banff and drove to Lake Louise too. We had a Tesla rental so the power points in the car park were very useful. We tried breakfast in the restaurant on the first of our two mornings and were astonished to be told they were too busy despite only about 6 people dining there! We did have some drinks on our final afternoon on the sunny terrace which was all good. We though the charges for two nights were outrageous for what it was but as we couldn't do better and had booked late I guess we can't complain too much.

Pretty close to the city. Nice rooms. Clean and tidy. We took rooms which housed 3 adults and 2 kids with full kitchen. The kitchen was decent with all basic amenities. Overall I will recommend it to anyone.
