Silks - Baltimore

I don't even know where to begin with this review...I feel bad giving a low rating to a restaurant that I know serves good food, but my experience was not great. I ordered a steak sandwich and it was honestly the worst one I've had in a while. It was just cheese and steak with a side of ruffle chips, making me feel like I was back in middle school being served lunch by the cafeteria lady. I don't mind a simple sandwich with just steak, cheese, and bread, but the picture showed more toppings than what I received. For a basic sandwich, I would at least expect a decent amount of meat.

I ordered the cheesesteak sub and was disappointed as it did not live up to the photos. It was just meat and cheese, without any other ingredients like in the advertisements. The cheese tasted cheap, like Kraft singles, and the chips were just plain Lay's Ruffles. The sandwich had random bursts of overpowering pepper flavor that made it difficult to enjoy. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good cheesesteak in Baltimore. During my week-long trip along the east coast, this was the worst meal I had. I ended up ordering from another restaurant after spending money here because the food was so bad. Avoid this place at all costs. If you're craving a good cheesesteak, try Clock Restoration Bar and Restaurant or Capital Lounge instead.

It was my first time to come here and I already know that I am regular! it is a classic cool dipping with amazing eating and incredibly friendly staff.

They offer a really delicious, above average cheese steak! I have delivered mine through one of the delivery apps and it was still warm at the arrival. it was full.

4 of us met on Saturday at 17 o'clock to dinner and wow. the bartender doubled as the waiter, so the service was a tad slow, but he did a good work.
