Skinny's Diner - Ballycotton

I stopped by for a quick meal and ordered a chicken wrap with slaw and spicy sauce to go. I tucked it into my pocket and only later tried it - it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant has a laid-back, casual vibe similar to a cook shack in Malibu, California. It's a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with a surfer hangout feel. The food is prepared fresh right in front of you. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the charming town of Ballycotton.

We had heard and read great reviews about Skinny's, so we decided to try it out during our visit to Ballycotton. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, with only a 10-minute wait. The chips were okay, with a crispy texture. We all agreed that the burgers were delicious. There is a garden where you can dine, but we couldn't find proper parking nearby, so we took our food back to our accommodation, a 5-minute drive away. There aren't many dining options in Ballycotton and parking is limited. Skinny's could easily be missed if you're passing by in a car, so keep an eye out if you're planning a visit.

We discovered that there are limited dining options in Ballycotton at the beginning of the week. However, if you're in the mood for fish and chips, I highly recommend this restaurant. The fish was fresh, crispy, flavorful, and served with delicious chips. Additionally, the service was friendly and helpful.

What a terrific surprise to come across Skinny’s Diner. Two weeks in Ireland and not a single fish and chip dinner beside the sea, and then we found Skinny’s. Not only was it a mostly gluten free menu, but the offerings were delicious! The fish was generous and beautifully crisp and the chips melted in the mouth. We’ll be back for sure!

Unreal fish best Ive tasted for quite some time .Highly recommended .so much choice all looked great so can't wait to return and try again
