I love BJ’s, but the ball location never fails to have poor service. if you order close to closing time, they won’t make your order. They’ll try to convince you to cancel it. There’s also no way to refund internet orders, so if what you order is out for whatever reason, you’re still stuck paying the price of something you don’t want.
