We were on a trip from New Orleans to Dallas today when a friend from Alexandria suggested we try this restaurant for some tasty soul food. Pamela’s absolutely lived up to the hype! The customer service was outstanding—everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. I can't even begin to describe how amazing the food was. It was excellent! Fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was spacious and very clean. We will definitely stop by again when we're in the area. I wish there was a place this delicious in Dallas!

My husband and I stopped at Pamela's while traveling to Florida for vacation, hoping to find a quick meal that wasn't fast food. What a wonderful surprise we found! The service was outstanding; everyone was friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu options. We both ordered the baked chicken breast, and I must say, I've never tasted baked chicken so flavorful and tender! It was a perfect 10/10 experience. For sides, we shared mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, yams, and green beans. All the sides were fantastic, but the mac and cheese was absolutely AMAZING and our favorite by far. Overall, it's a lovely place to dine, with a clean and relaxed atmosphere. We’ll definitely stop by again if we ever pass through!
