Twin Trees Baldwinsville

The pizza was good, but the wings were a disappointment. I requested them to be cooked extra crispy, but they arrived slimy and unappetizing. They also included only three small slices of celery in each order, which is quite unusual for a pizza place. I placed my order through their direct website, which advertised a deal for $37. However, when I spoke to the staff, I was informed that they hadn’t updated their prices and that the actual cost was $47, which is quite outrageous. It seems like they don’t see an issue with advertising incorrect prices. Personally, I won’t be ordering from here again.

So at Twin Trees Baldwinsville in New York and that was a short stop, first I didn't know that Baldwinsville even had a twin tree, but here it is and I am glad that it was clean the staff available and was friendly the choice of pizza was limited to only pepperoni, unless you wanted to order a fresh one and I was no hurry, so I just got the pepperoni. The taste was good

I decided to try Twin Trees when all the other prices increase and no changes to their specials even for an additional cost (see strange, but ok... Ordered their special that wing big cake with a topping and it was excellent! I forgot how good their pizza is! My family is strange, they prefer boneless wings and they were crispy and perfection! We are also strange how we are a sourcing family against pepperoni. The sausage was great! Very tasteful! Didn't break the bank! Seriously south of $50.00 (less. It was great!

Twin Trees is my favorite pizza place in the area! The garlic is to die for! I highly recommend this pizza and this extraordinary restaurant to everyone!

When I asked to speak to the owner, a rude man took the call and accused us of using my wife's cancer as a way to get a discount on our previous orders from December. It turns out that the person I had initially spoken with was his wife, and he took her word over mine. I will never order from Twin Trees in Baldwinsville again. Anyone dealing with a cancer diagnosis should steer clear of this place, as they treat their customers like second-class citizens. My wife, who has stage 4 cancer, simply wanted to maintain social distance during the delivery—she didn’t ask for any preferential treatment. It’s disheartening to see businesses like this mistreat people. They only needed to fulfill the order and honor the credit they had promised. Once again, I will not do business with them in the future.
